In this hands-on workshop, you will:

Create a finished piece: You'll leave with a 5"x5" nativity collage, ready to hang in your home or give as a gift.

Gelli plate printing uses a soft, gelatin-like plate to transfer paint and patterns onto paper. It's a spontaneous and freeing process that yields surprisingly sophisticated results – no prior art experience needed!
In this hands-on workshop, you will:
Learn the basics: Discover how to properly ink your gelli plate, choose complementary colors, and create interesting textures.
Experiment with techniques: Explore a variety of methods using everyday objects, stencils, natural elements, and more to create captivating patterns.
Print a collection of unique papers: You'll leave with a beautiful stack of your own hand-printed papers, each a miniature work of art.
This Gelli Plate Printing class is a great stand-alone class, or it may be paired with our upcoming Nativity Collage Workshop on November 15th!
